The SMAC Governing Board will review and approve all applications, as well as provide support and recommendations to those missing eligibility criteria. WebbIf the situation is still not resolved, you may be referred to the SMAC Coordinator. Grievances or complaints may be submitted in person, by phone, or in writing by you to appropriate Hearth Connection Coordinated Entry staff. Whenever possible, grievances or complaints will be addressed within twenty-four hours of their receipt.
