Web22 mrt. 2024 · I have a 2024 XSR900 - this model notoriously had the extra long shock from the FJR and was VERY stiff. The forks were a bit more middle of the road. The seat is also very thin and very hard. About a year ago, after much apprehension, I decided to pull the trigger on an expensive rear shock - the Matris M46KD. WebHaz ER-5, innit! I was looking at getting a nitron shock for my rear because i know once my bike gets to about 30,000 miles, the back end will start to get stupid. I'm probably not good enough to notice the difference what little suspension adjustment would make, so is the basic road kit (£300) good enough.
