This was as far as i understand long before main story get it's details. WebElaat is the name of the planet on which Highfleet takes place, and is also a term for the known world. Regions include Gerat, a desert province which is the main setting for the game, and the Romani Empire, a region to the south of Gerat. Elaat has at least two moons.
