The pilot study determined that an estimated 1.4 million injuries, more than 80% of which were new, occurred among participants in the nine high school sports during the 2005--06 school year. WebWe wish to estimate the number of emergency department due to high school football injuries each year in a particular county. For cost purposes, we decide to perform cluster sampling with high schools as the primary units and football players as the secondary units.
